Booking with us is simple! We offer a few convenient ways to get in touch and schedule your service.

- Step 2: Consultation. We’ll ask a few questions about your space (e.g., size in sqm, type of cleaning needed) to understand your requirements.
- Step 3: Schedule. Once you approve the quote, we’ll work with you to find the perfect date and time for your cleaning appointment.
To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekend slots which are in high demand.
However, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly. Need an urgent cleaning? Give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on team availability. With our offices in Quezon City (Valencia and Cubao) and Pasay (Taft), we have excellent coverage across the metro.
We are available to serve you 7 days a week.
- Cleaning Service Hours: Our teams can be scheduled for appointments from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, including weekends and most holidays. We are flexible with the cleaning schedule and we accommodate cleaning scheduled in the evening. Please feel free to let us know of your requirements and circumstances.
- Office & Booking Hours: Our customer support is available to answer your inquiries and process bookings from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We provide customized quotes because every home and office has unique needs. Our rates are transparent and based on a few key factors:
- Size of the area (in square meters).
- Type of service (e.g., Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning).
- Any specific add-ons you require (e.g., interior oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, upholstery steaming).

Our goal is to leave your space fresh and tidy. While the final scope is detailed in your quote, a typical standard cleaning service includes:
- All Areas: Dusting all accessible surfaces, wiping down furniture, sweeping/vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Bedrooms: Making the bed (linens changed if new set is provided).
- Kitchen: Wiping countertops, cleaning the sink, and wiping the exterior of appliances.
- Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet, sink, and shower area; and cleaning mirrors.
For a more thorough clean, ask us about our Deep Cleaning service, which includes baseboards, interior windows, inside cabinets, and more.
We accept several convenient payment methods:

- For Condominiums: If your building requires a work permit, we will promptly provide you with a list of all materials and the names of our attending staff to ensure a smooth entry process.
We have strict protocols in place to guarantee the safety of your home and belongings.
- Insurance Coverage: Our services are covered by general liability insurance for property damage up to ₱1,000,000.
- Transparent Departure: Before our team leaves, you will be invited to inspect their pull-out bags and equipment containers for complete transparency and peace of mind.
We stand by the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will happily send a team back to address and rectify the specific issue at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
